OwnerSheet

How it works

Public records, one page per property, with the reasoning shown.

  1. 1

    Look up a property

Enter an address with a ZIP or city, or a parcel number with its state. If more than one record matches, pick from the list.

  2. 2

    Read the owner sheet

Recorded owner, normalised name, owner type, mailing address, assessor facts, last transfer, tax status and derived flags. Every fact family names its source and date.

  3. 3

Trace when you need contact details

One credit per hit. The result is cached for 90 days so the next person who opens that owner pays nothing.

  4. 4

    Take it with you

Download the sheet as a PDF, copy a plain-text summary, or share a read-only link with the contact section hidden.

Flags and what triggers them

Absentee ownermailing address differs from the property address
Out of statemailing state differs from the property state
Entity, trust, estateowner name or recorded owner type
Tax delinquenttax lien recorded
Long holdlast transfer 15 or more years ago
Vacant, pre-foreclosure, pre-probateflags carried in the source data

Hover a flag on any sheet to see the exact values behind it.

What is not on a sheet

No listing prices, value estimates, photos or agent details. OwnerSheet exposes public-records fields only. Contact details come from a third-party skip trace vendor and are not scrubbed against Do Not Call lists.
