How credits work
- A skip trace that returns at least one phone or email costs 1 credit. A miss costs nothing.
- Tracing an owner someone already traced in the last 90 days costs nothing and is marked as previously traced.
- Entity owners (LLCs, trusts) are not charged unless an individual can be resolved.
- Credits from packs never expire. Pro credits roll over while the subscription is active.
- Every credit change is listed on your account page.
